Custom Wig Orders -Production will begin, after the order(s) is confirmed. You have 24 hours to cancel after your order has been confirmed, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be allowed after the 24-hour production window has begun.

Wigs and Hair Bundles -Returns

Return Policy – If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the item(s) In the event that your item is eligible for a return, you must call us within 3 days of receipt. If your return or exchange is approved, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. In the event we send you the wrong or defective merchandise, we will allow you to make an exchange only. We do not accept Exchanges on wigs that have been altered–NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following to the lace wig unit:

  • DO NOT cut the lace
  • DO NOT tear or rip the lace
  • DO NOT put glue on the unit
  • DO NOT put products on the unit
  • DO NOT put any chemicals on the unit
  • DO NOT dye the unit
  • DO NOT chemically treat the unit
  • DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us
  • DO NOT style or cut the hair on the unit
  • DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the unit
  • DO NOT WEAR the unit
  • DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag

Units that are damaged by the customer will not be accepted under our exchange policy. If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the exchange and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue refunds If you do not meet the terms of these conditions.

In certain situations(as applicable) you may be eligible to receive an exchange or an online store credit.

Please call (210-970-5189) or email (Info@filleshair.com) to discuss requirements. No Exchange will be accepted without prior authorization.

When returning the lace wig unit, please also include the following information in your package:

  1. Your order number and receipt or proof of purchase
  2. The reason for the exchange
  3. The type of hair, length, texture, and color you would like to replace your returned wig with
  4. The shipping address and telephone number

Properly pack the items and mail back to us. The invoice number and invoice date must be on the outside of the package. We will refuse packages without this information. Mail returns to Filles Hair 702 Richland Hills Dr #760277 San Antonio, TX 78245

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us to determine the best way to return it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
